Welcome our 2024 – 2025 Conducting Intern, Kirsten Leon!

We are thrilled to welcome Kirsten Leon, soprano, as our 2024 – 2025 Conducting Intern. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) with a bachelor’s of music in vocal performance (’23), Kirsten emerges from the vibrant arts scene of Las Vegas, Nevada, where her passion for music and performance first took root at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. Throughout her undergraduate journey, she sang under the direction of Eliza Rubenstein at Orange Coast College in the Chamber Singers, and Dr. Robert Istad at CSUF with the critically acclaimed University Singers. She carries her joy for music and the arts over into her role as a Guest Talent Coordinator with Disney Imagination Campus, and adores spending cuddle time with her dog, Sushi. Kirsten is a dedicated performer and is excited to conduct to help further her journey as a well-rounded musician!
