COVID-19 Protocols and Policies

Our top priority is the health and safety of our performers, volunteers, patrons, and community. We have established these protocols and policies for our 2021 – 2022 season.

Vaccination Policy

Our singers, artistic leadership, volunteers and contractors are 100% vaccinated. “Community” is one of our core values, and we believe we have a responsibility to protect one another. All guests, staff, and performers will be required to show proof of vaccination prior to entering the venue. Children under 12 who are unvaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the scheduled performance.

Full vaccination means the date of the concert must be at least 14 days after receiving the second dose of an FDA or WHO authorized double-dose COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna), or at least 14 days after receiving the sole dose of an authorized single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson). You may show us your CDC vaccination record, a copy or photo of your CDC vaccination record, or a digital record of your vaccine from your state health record or provider. California residents may request a digital vaccination record at

All guests will be asked to wear their masks in all indoor spaces at all times, regardless of vaccination status.

Guests who refuse to comply with these policies will not be admitted to the venue.

We will continue to be guided by science, and will update these policies when necessary based upon local, state, and federal guidelines and recommendations.

Exchange and Refund Policies
If you are feeling ill on the day of the performance, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been in contact with someone known to be or suspected to have been infected with COVID-19 within the last fourteen (14) days, please stay home.
