COVID-19 Protocols and Policies

Our top priority is the health and safety of our performers, volunteers, patrons, and community. We have updated these protocols and policies for our 2022 – 2023 season.

Vaccination Policy

“Community” is one of our core values, and we believe we have a responsibility to protect one another.

According to the CDC, a person is fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving all recommended doses in the primary series of their COVID-19 vaccination. A person is up to date with their COVID-19 vaccination if they have received all recommended doses in the primary series and boosters when eligible. We recommend that our patrons be fully vaccinated and up to date with their vaccines. The OCWC will no longer require proof of vaccination or negative testing for entrance to our performances.

Masks

Based on current guidelines, masks will be optional. While not required, masks are strongly encouraged for all indoor venues.

We respect your choices and encourage you to take the necessary precautions to ensure your safety—and your enjoyment. We ask all audience members to respect each others’ choices, also.

Updates

We will continue to be guided by science, and will update these policies when necessary based upon local, state, and federal guidelines and recommendations.

Exchange and Refund Policies
If you are feeling ill on the day of the performance, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been in contact with someone known to be or suspected to have been infected with COVID-19 within the last five (5) days, please stay home. We will be happy to convert your ticket purchase to a donation or apply it as a credit to a future performance. Please contact us at [email protected] to let us know your preference.
